After departing our first Top Secret hotel loaction we decided the Sprinter van needed more antennas and we needed more gadgets, so it was off to Radio Shack. After picking up a full on mega scanner for our black helicopter hunting we headed to the China Lake Naval base to tour the missile museum. To do this we had to give our ID's, social security numbers, and get badges to enter the base at China Lake. We were getting closer.
After spending several hours viewing missiles developed at China Lake over the years we headed out through Death Valley on our way to our second destination... which we had yet to decide on. This is where we spotted our first Top Secret vehicles. We managed to catch a couple camouflaged Mercedes vehicles doing hot weather testing, and a broken down Hummer H3 out doing testing (video coming soon). But that wasn't all. Thanks to the sharp eye of Editor Kennedy we managed to find the hiding place of a whole fleet of prototype BMW's in full camouflage.
After checking into our second Top Secret hotel location somewhere in the middle of the Nevada desert we decided to head out and watch the skys for military aircraft and other items of that nature. After spending several hours with out seeing another sole we managed to see....
