Is perpetual motion possible?

Driving through Utah I was shocked to see how much the countryside resembled the roadrunner cartoon.  The reason why the coyote never caught the roadrunner was because his packages came to soon.  Waiting for your contraption gives you time to think and prepare before you rush to install. Case in point I just ordered a hydrolysis machine. It splits H20 into H and 0 using electricity then burns the two gases in the engine.  It has been two weeks and I have worn a path in the carpet going from my office to the mail room, pacing back and forth like a coyote.   While pacing I  pondered a different way to power the machine. Instead of using the alternator I am going to put a steam engine where the radiator used to be.  Cummins is going to do a similar thing although they built an electric motor into their flywheel. Things are going to get interesting.
