Aside from trying to get more than 12.9 mpg out of this ’08 Harley Davidson edition Super Duty, we’ll be weighing this beast and mildly tow-testing it on our drive home Sunday. I’ll leave it up to associate editor Jason Sands to clarify exactly what we’re pulling. All I can say is: “Ah-hem-gas-powered.”
On another note, we’re considering a way to cover some of the hurricane Ike cleanup in Texas.
Showcasing diesels delivering supplies, hauling off waste and basically people helping each other in recovering and rebuilding part of the lone star state seems to be the least we could do. Hopefully this idea will come to fruition, and become a reality.
