Would a tour of Caterpillar’s headquarters and proving grounds in Peoria and John Deere’s world headquarters in Moline interest you?

Maybe we could plan on attending a 797 (world’s largest off-highway truck) buildup in Decatur, Illinois, and celebrate its 10th Year anniversary? Provided that a build will even be in progress, as they’re only built-to-order.

Maybe we could sit-in on a few classroom sessions in the Caterpillar Dealer Service Technician Training Program at ICC in Peoria? Or maybe check out the John Deere Tech Program at Lakeland College in Mattoon, Illinois?

2. Awesome machines! I wanna buy one and put it in my garage and drive sometimes. I woulndt wanna scratch it, eventhough thats what it was made for. Anyone else think all those machines look like a herd of dinosaurs? Maybe it just me....
