This past weekend marked the end of more than 4 and a half months of dry weather (that I’m aware of) in Southern California. It was the first torrential down pour I’ve experienced out here so far. Jason Thompson and I were caught in it this Saturday while bleeding the brakes on his new IDI.
Lucky for me, I was on brake pedal-pumping duty, so I simply shut the driver-side door, and continued on. However, Jason decided to soak up the rain underneath the truck and complete the job. And, while he may now have pneumonia, his brakes work excellent.
P.S. – The IDI should be tearing up the streets of L.A. in no time, or should I say L.A. traffic will be stacking up behind the IDI in no time!
