Green Diesel  Corp claims  their160,000 psi injectors produce more power, use less fuel, and can even be used to convert a gasoline engine to diesel.

According to  the website  they have already converted a Hummer for the pentagon and are talking with top Ford executives. He has won all kinds of awards and has graphs to show what's supposed to be happening.  The program cost 8 million dollars. A bunch or University professors are on the team. Those are just superficial  things right? Lets look at the science.

Carnot was a scientist who influenced Linde, Linde influenced Rudolf Diesel. Carnot came up with an ideal engine cycle. This answered his question "How much work can you get out of a certain amount of fuel." To help illustrate this imagine a water wheel. The water is the fuel. The most effiecient water wheels don't splash water at any point. They are in control. Uncontrolled combustion equalls waste.

High cylinder pressures equall uncontrolled combustion. This Kukler injector is supposed to  reduce cylinder pressure  due to combustion in half. The pistons are flat they don't need bowls to create turbulence. This being the case the pistons are lighter. Also this injector uses no high pressure fuel pump which creates parasitic  losses due to having to pump it. Instead pressure is created by a combination of forces including hydraulics and electrics (pulse width modulation). Also the  pressure from the piston coming up is used to create fuel pressure. Instead of 8 holes this injector has as many as 180.
