When fixing your truck is beyond you, maybe you take your truck to an expert through word-of-mouth, or because it’s a personal friend. Maybe you go through the yellow pages until your finger stops, or maybe you find someone via the Internet. Or, maybe YOU are the one everyone brings his or her truck to.
What do you expect most when you take your truck (aka – your best friend) somewhere?
Is it:
The best deal on parts and/or labor?
Honesty?
The best reputation?
Good customer service?
Accessibility?
Proper after-the-sale support?
