I snapped a photo of this dry sump setup at the TS Outlaw Event in Kentucky.   

Having a dry sump oil system would let you squeeze a big diesel engine into a small car or truck. ZZ Custom Fabrication had this engine on display. 

Thinking about our time in Kentucky. I hope they put Bluegrass music in the Diesel Power Challenge video.
