What is Quality?  Philosophers, mechanics, painters, plumbers, electricians, you name it each branch talks about it. But what is it?     

    Today at lunch we got to talking about a recent Ford commercial where the guy from Dirty Jobs (excellent show) says Ford has more quality than Toyota or Honda. So we got to thinking how could someone back this up. I mean you can't actually measure how much quality a vehicle has in pounds, feet or lb-ft. So we asked the same question as Socrates What is Quality? Anyone care to take a stab at this one?
