And, thanks to the folks at Scheid Diesel, we added a FASS system and a set of its Lightning (1) injectors—which culminated in more than a 60 hp, 170 lb-ft gain.
We’ll be back at it Tuesday with the addition of a Hot Rod VP-44 injection pump and a turbo.
Then we plan to test out the new setup via: dyno, tow test with a 10,000-pound trailer, fuel economy drive, and play around on some back country roads. It should be fun.
