1. Diesel Power reader Josh Collins sent me a picture of his mom's Mega Mega Cab Ram. 2. Is the Energy Race our New Sputnik Moment? 3. Project 300 gets a Remote Keyless Entry System.
1. Hey Jason this is Josh Collins. And this is a pic of my moms truck it is custom built by Alton Truck Manufacturing. It's a 2500 5.9 2006 Cummins. It is 24 ft total long, with a 17 ft wheel base. It was extended 40 in longer than stock, accessories include: programmer- quadzilla adrenaline, with commander box, we have a all billet transmission built by earnest performance, mbrp 4 to 5 tip dual exhaust, with quadzillas air box also, no lift but has air lift on rear, with ditto Terra Graplers on Dale Earnhardt Special wheels. I think thats all we have on it so far, it has est, 450horsepower, and prob about 1000 ft pounds of torque.
The black truck is a 2010 6.7 Cummins, it is tuned by H & S Performance black maxx, and has a Volant air box, and a 5 to 6 tip custom exhaust, and also has a shift enhancer. And this is my fathers truck. Then the tan truck is my truck, I just purchased this truck so I don't have as many goodys, it has a magna flow exhaust 4 to 5 tip, and has a k & n air box, and it is tuned by Smarty performance. It has Ditto Terra Graplers on MB Off Road wheels.
So we are a Cummins family, there is six kids in our family, so we use the mega cab for family occasions and vacations, the black truck is a work truck, and my truck will soon be a play truck, I hope to turn into a pulling truck in the near future, I hope you can search through the scattered writing and find something worth putting in the Diesel Power Mag, we are faithful fans of your mag, thanks for a mag that is so awesome for diesel crazy people like me.

3. The Remote Keyless Entry System was installed on Project 300 with a 3/4-inch drill bit and little patience. A pinky will fit in the hole but its hard to press the lever down. I need to repair the door skin anyway. I hate locking my keys in the truck. My battery was also dead. This way I won't risk messing up my weatherstripping or bending the door slightly in order to fish a wire in. The second hole was a mistake.
