We had to take a second look at this one to make sure we weren't seeing things, but yes, this is a 12-valve Mega Cab.
It's actually a conversion that was performed years ago by a company that no longer does 'em, which makes it all the rarer. Look for a full feature coming soon on what we believe (or at least I do) to be the ultimate long hauler.
