High-Pressure Oil Pump Upgrade

DieselSite HPOP

Under the suspicion that our high-pressure oil pump wasn't quite up to snuff after installing 155cc injectors, we recently upgraded to DieselSite's billet replacement pump for '03 and early '04 6.0L's...

We also replaced our ICP sensor and inspected the IPR. DieselSite's stock output, high volume pump is slightly larger in volume than the factory early 6.0L pumps, and is said to be capable of supporting up to 190cc injectors. So naturally, we'll be putting it to the test in the future to see if this holds true. With the kind of quality parts DieselSite comes out with, we're sure it'll be up to the task. And if it isn't, the company has a high output version we could upgrade to.

With the added oil and fuel mods currently on Project Outcast, we're hoping to be in the 470 to 480 hp range on the dyno, in conjunction with the 155cc injectors and an upgraded turbo.

An oil filter protects the engine from impurities and contamination there by enhancing the efficiency and the prolonging lifetime of the engine by protecting it from internal damage the best of  oil filter should be made of superior metal and really  fine filter  material.Apart from it should have a good look too.The rest deepens on its fitting and location.
